Swimming / Dock Diving Classes
“ All dogs instinctively know how to swim.” They KNOW how to “dog paddle,” but few have a calm, deliberate swimming stroke. The difference between the two is energy well spent or
“My dog jumps into the lake all the time, he’ll jump in the pool no problem.” Maybe, but it will take an experienced trainer to help with the transition. To a dog, the lake looks like a solid surface, the pool looks like a giant hole. It’s the trainers job to patiently encourage and develop
the dog’s confidence to the point of overcoming his fear, jumping after his toy and safety swimming, exiting the pool.
Our instructors will encourage a reluctant dog into the pool or take an experienced jumping dog to increased distance.
You will need to bring a towel, flat collar and leash you don’t mind getting wet, a favorite
floating toy and treats. You might get wet, so wear appropriate shoes and clothing. If you wear
flip flops or backless sandals, it’s best to remove them when you’re on the dock.
All Dogs Sports Park LLC has a very strict vaccine policy. To train at our facility or use any of the many amenities, every dog must have the following veterinarian administered up-to-date vaccines: RABIES, BORDETELLA, DHPP, and CANINE INFLUENZA.
We understand there are circumstances, such as health issues or age, which might preclude a dog from certain vaccines. In these instances, we will accept a letter from your veterinarian or a titer.
By registering for our classes or using our facility, you are agreeing to provide proof of all four vaccines. Your proof must be received prior to the first day of class or before using our facility.
You can email your records to: Info@AllDogsSportsPark.com
There are no refunds available if you withdraw from your reservation. We are not able to provide compensation for missed classes during any session.
